In plain words
And it is said elsewhere too: The Udgītha is the Praṇava, and the Praṇava is the Udgītha; and that sun yonder is the Udgītha, and is the Praṇava. So it is said: "The Udgītha, called the Praṇava, the leader, having name and form, sleepless, ageless, deathless, threefold, again to be known as fivefold, set down in the cave." So it is said: "Its root is above, its branches are Brahman; space, wind, fire, water, earth and the rest." This Brahman is seized by the One, and this belongs to it — that which is the sun yonder; and this belongs to the syllable Om. Therefore let a man worship it with Om unceasingly; for it alone awakens the savour of this. So it is said: "This is the imperishable and holy; and having known this imperishable, whatever a man desires is his."
