In plain words
And it is said elsewhere too: The body is the bow, Om is the arrow, and the mind is its point. Piercing through what is marked by darkness, one comes to what is not pervaded by darkness. Then, piercing through what is pervaded, one sees Brahman flashing like a whirling firebrand, of the colour of the sun, full of strength, beyond darkness — that which shines in yonder sun, and in the moon, in fire and in lightning. And having seen him, a man goes to immortality. So it is said: "Meditation is set upon the inner, highest reality and upon the things to be marked; therefore a knowing that is without particulars comes to what has particulars. And when the mind is dissolved, the joy that has the Self alone for its witness — that is Brahman, immortal and bright; that is the way, and that is the world."
