Fire, the Gāyatrī metre, the threefold hymn, the Rathantara chant, the spring, the out-breath, the constellations, the Vasus — these rise in the east, burn, rain, sing praise and enter again, and look out through the opening within. He is unthinkable, without form, deep, hidden, the enjoyer of the strands, without cessation, the lord of those who are yoked, all-knowing, bountiful, immeasurable, without beginning or end, glorious, unborn, wise, not to be pointed out, the maker of all, the self of all, the eater of all, the ruler of all, the innermost of all that is within.
