Passage 2

In plain words

Indra, the Triṣṭubh metre, the fifteenfold hymn, the Bṛhat chant, the summer, the diffused breath, Soma, the Rudras — these rise in the south, burn, rain, sing praise and enter again, and look out through the opening within. He is without beginning or end, unmeasured, undivided, not to be employed by another, independent, without mark, without form, of endless power, the ordainer, the shining one.
