The organ established under the name 'heart' in a certain place inside the chest of the measurable body is that which is fit to be rejected; the one Heart whose very form is Awareness is that which is fit to be taken — thus hold within your mind. That exists both inside and outside; it is not a thing existing in an inside or in an outside.
