In plain words
Now the fruit of this seeing — the seeing of the Self as one — is stated:
Whoever sees Me—Vāsudeva, the Self of everyone—everywhere, in every being, and sees everything, this whole array of creatures from Brahmā down, resting in Me, the Self of all—for someone who sees the Self's oneness like that, I, the Lord, am never lost to him, never slip out of view. And he is never lost to Me either; this knower is never lost to Me, to Vāsudeva, never disappears from view—because he and I are, in truth, one Self. Your own self is always dear to you, after all, and I am the one who sees the oneness of every self as one.

Of this seeing of the oneness of the Self, the fruit is stated —
Whoever sees Me, Vāsudeva, the Self of all, everywhere, in all beings, and sees everything—the whole array of creatures beginning with Brahmā—in Me, the Self of all; for him, thus one who sees the oneness of the Self, I, the Lord, am not lost, nor will I go to the state of being hidden. And he is not lost to Me; and he, the knower, is not lost to Me, Vāsudeva; nor does he become hidden—because of his and My being one Self; for indeed one's own self is truly dear to oneself, and since I alone am the one who sees the oneness of all selves.
