In plain words

The yogin who worships Me as dwelling in all beings, established in oneness, lives in Me however one lives.

Who, having taken his stand in oneness, worships Me abiding in all beings, that yogin, even living in every way, abides in Me.

The commentators

Bhagavadgītābhāṣyam

In plain words

Having gone back over what the last verse meant—that right vision—now its fruit, liberation itself, is declared —

In every way, in every manner of living — whatever he is doing — the yogī who sees rightly abides in Me, in that supreme station which is Viṣṇu's own. He is nityamukta, free already and always. Nothing whatsoever holds him back from mokṣa. That is the sense of the verse.

Close to the Sanskrit

Having restated this—the meaning of the previous verse, namely right vision—its fruit, liberation, is now declared —

In every way, by all modes, even while so conducting himself, the yogī who sees rightly abides in Me, in the supreme Vaiṣṇava state; ever-liberated indeed is he; he is not obstructed by anything at all with regard to liberation — this is the meaning.
