In plain words
Whatever you do, whatever you eat, whatever you offer in sacrifice or give away, whatever tapas you undertake, son of Kunti—do that as an offering to Me.
Word for word
Whatever you do, whatever you eat, whatever you offer in fire, whatever you give, whatever tapas you practise, O son of Kuntī, make that an offering to Me.

In plain words
Because this is how it stands, therefore —
Whatever you do — meaning whatever simply comes to your hand to be done; whatever you eat; whatever you offer into the fire — that is, whatever oblation you see through, whether the Veda prescribes it or tradition does; whatever you give — that is, whatever you actually hand over to brāhmaṇas and others, gold, food, ghee, anything at all; whatever austerity you take up — that is, whatever discipline you genuinely live out, Arjuna: make all of it an offering to Me. Hand it over to Me completely. || 27 ||

Since thus, therefore —
Whatever you do — that which has come of itself; whatever you eat; and whatever you offer — you complete an oblation, Vedic or traditional; whatever you give — you hand over to brāhmaṇas and the rest gold, food, ghee and so on; whatever austerity you practise — you carry out tapas, O son of Kuntī: that do as an offering to Me — as a full dedication to Me. || 27 ||
▸Gītā Vāhini
In plain words
The Gītā makes it clear that only the ‘flower of the heart’, free of all impurity, growing in the Mānasa lake, is fit to be offered to the Paramātma. That, it seems, is why Kṛṣṇa said to Arjuna, “Brother-in-law! Whatever work you do, whatever dāna you make, whatever you eat, offer it all to Me; that is, do ‘all karmas in the spirit of offering them to the Lord of all’. Then you will surely attain Me alone. I have no feelings of distinction. I have neither enemies nor friends. I am only the witness. Whoever seeks Me, serves Me and rejoices in Me, in them I dwell.”
