In plain words

Now hear what comes of acting this way —

Auspicious and inauspicious fruit — pleasant and unpleasant results — every action carries one or the other; that's simply what it means for actions to be 'bound to auspicious and inauspicious fruit.' And here's the key: actions themselves are the very bonds. So by offering all of them to Me, you will be released from exactly that bondage. This is what's called the yoga of renunciation: it is renunciation, because everything is surrendered to Me; and it is also yoga, because it never stops being action — you're not simply withdrawing, you're offering. Held together by that yoga of renunciation, your inmost being fully joined to it, you — freed from the bonds of action, whether still living or once this body has fallen away — will come, at last, to Me.

Close to the Sanskrit

For you acting thus, what comes to be — hear that —

Śubhāśubhaphalaiḥ [means]: śubha and aśubha [are] the desired and undesired fruit; those [actions] whose [fruits] are such are śubhāśubhaphala actions; by those [actions] having auspicious and inauspicious fruits, [that is,] by the bonds of action — karmabandhana [means] actions themselves are bonds — by those bonds of action, thus, offering [them] to Me, you shall be released. This indeed is called the yoga of renunciation: it is renunciation, because of being an offering to Me, and it is also yoga, because of [still] being action — thus. By that yoga of renunciation, [your] inner organ [being] joined [to it] — you, whose self is [so] united with the yoga of renunciation, released from the bonds of action, [whether] even while living or when this body has fallen, shall approach, [that is,] come to, Me.
