In plain words

Many faces, many eyes — wherever a form carries that many faces and eyes, that is what makes it 'many-faced, many-eyed.' Many wonders too astonishing to take in at once — that is a form 'filled with countless marvels to see.' It is decked, besides, in many divine ornaments, and it bears, raised and ready, many divine weapons — swords and more. All of this reaches back to one earlier word: this is the form that he showed.

Close to the Sanskrit

Many-faced-and-eyed — that form in which there are many faces and eyes, that is many-faced-and-eyed; many-wondrous-sighted — that form in which there are many wondrous, astonishing sights, that is the many-wondrous-sighted form; likewise many-divine-ornamented — that in which there are many divine ornaments is many-divine-ornamented; likewise divine-many-upraised-weaponed — that in which there are many divine weapons, swords and so on, upraised, is divine-many-upraised-weaponed. The construction is with the earlier word 'showed'.
