In plain words
Seeing You touching the sky, blazing in many colours, with mouths wide open and enormous fiery eyes, my inner being trembles; I find neither steadiness nor peace, Vishnu.
Word for word
Having seen You touching the sky, blazing, many-coloured, with mouths wide open and blazing wide eyes, I, my inner self shaken, find no steadiness and no calm, O Viṣṇu.

In plain words
And here is why —
You touch the very sky. You blaze. You are countless terrifying colors shifting through countless shapes. Your mouths gape open. Your eyes are wide and blazing. Seeing you like this, my whole inner being has come undone — I have lost my composure, I cannot find my footing, and I cannot find any peace at all, O Viṣṇu.
Close to the Sanskrit
There, this is the reason —
Touching the sky — that is, touching heaven; blazing — ablaze; many-colored — many colors, terrifying, of various shapes, in which, in you, him, you, many-colored; gaping-mouthed — opened, revealed mouths, faces, in which, in you, him, you, gaping-mouthed; blazing, wide-eyed — blazing, ablaze, wide, expansive eyes, in which, in you, him, you, blazing, wide-eyed. Having seen you indeed, one whose inner self is agitated — agitated, terrified is the inner self, the mind, of whom, of me, he, I, one whose inner self is agitated, being so, I do not find steadiness, courage; nor do I obtain peace, calming, contentment of mind, O Viṣṇu.
