In plain words
Merely seeing Your mouths terrible with fangs, resembling the fires of cosmic destruction, I no longer know the directions nor find any comfort. Be gracious, Lord of gods, abode of the universe.
Word for word
Having merely seen Your mouths, terrible with fangs and like the fire of dissolution, I do not know the quarters and do not find comfort; be gracious, O Lord of gods, O abode of the world.

In plain words
And why? —
Your mouths, jagged with tusks, terrible to see — the moment I look at them, they remind me of the fire that swallows the whole world at the end of time. Seeing them, I have lost all sense of direction — I cannot even tell one way from another anymore. And because of that, I can find no comfort anywhere, no happiness at all. So please — be gracious to me, be kind to me, O Lord of the gods, O dwelling-place of the whole world.

From what [cause]? —
Fearsome with tusks — fearsome, distorted, by tusks — those mouths of yours, having seen indeed, having perceived, resembling the fire of cosmic dissolution — at the time of dissolution, the burner of worlds, the fire, the fire of time — resembling that, resembling the fire of dissolution, the mouths — having seen, this is what is meant. I do not know the directions by discrimination of front and back; I have become bewildered as to direction. Therefore I do not find, nor do I perceive, comfort, happiness. Therefore be gracious, become gracious, O Lord of the gods, O abode of the world.
