Do not conclude from this that God is not all-pervading. Butter pervades the whole of the milk; yet only when the milk is made into curd and churned does the butter appear, visible, in one place. Just so, where Dharma has ripened, the Paramātma takes on a visible form. “Where Dharma is, there is victory”: where Dharma is, victory is certain.
