Passage 11

Tap any word for its meaning.

In plain words

In the Gītā Kṛṣṇa Paramātma uses the word ‘yoga’ many times, and he describes the condition of the jīva in the ‘state of yoga’, or ‘union’. Even so, a certain doubt may arise in the minds of those who have read the Gītā carefully: whether the meaning of the word “yoga” as ordinary people understand it and the meaning of the word “yoga” as the Lord speaks it are fully compatible. At times Kṛṣṇa praised Vairāgya, and he indicated that the highest freedom is brought about only through the worship of God that makes no distinction between persons.
