Passage 25

Tap any word for its meaning.

In plain words

What sādhakas too need to know above all is how one should die, rather than how one should be born. Birth comes about according to the dying. Death first, birth after. Ordinary people think that what is born is born to die, and what dies dies to be born again; but that is not true. Birth is in order not to be born; death is in order not to die again. That is, the meaning is that he who dies should remain unborn. Only if one is born is there death; if one is not born, there is no death at all.
