In plain words

“Then the third, the sakāma karma yogis. They perform good karmas with desire for the fruit. They do only the karmas the śāstras enjoin. They do neither sinful karmas nor forbidden ones. So too is their desire. Wanting pleasures and enjoyments, reckoning which good karma brings which pleasure and which meritorious karmas win which heavens with their enjoyments, they keep the fruit as their aim from the start and so perform holy karmas. Such people, after leaving the body, go to heaven and the other worlds, stay there until the merit they earned is exhausted, and then come back to the earthly world.”
