In plain words

“Next, the second group: those who follow niṣkāma karma yoga. They are called mumukṣus, that is, those who long for Mokṣa. All the karmas they do, they do only with the thought of attaining God. They desire no other fruits. They do only good karmas. Neither worldly desires nor hope of any kind for heaven and the other worlds is in them. They seek Mokṣa alone. According to the dīkṣā of each, God's gracious glance comes to them, melts, and blesses them.”
