At this Arjuna began to question Him in return. “Kṛṣṇa! Did You think renouncing all attachment was so easy a task? For attachment to the body to go is not possible for ordinary men like us — nor even for those rich in tapas, is it? You speak lightly of sādhanas so hard to accomplish, but doing them is very difficult. It seems You have set out to test me with mere words like these. Kṛṣṇa! Looking at all this, I lose heart: ‘Can I attain You? Can I achieve Mokṣa?’” So saying, he stood rooted to the spot, disheartened.
