“It is the same with the rays of God's Jñāna. Those who long to gain it and draw near to it can gain its light and its fruit as well. That alone is no ground for thinking that God makes distinctions. Everyone has the right to go near the fire, and everyone is free to make its flames grow. The fire makes no distinction at all! The difference lies only in enjoying it and in making it grow. In just the same way I, who am full of light, make no distinction whatever. Everyone has the right to attain Me. Feelings of distinction are faults in the sādhakas, not blemishes in Me, brother-in-law!”
