Embodiments of the divine Ātma! It may not be visible to your eyes, but all of it appears to Me as scenes. Those who cannot recognise Swami's principle today will have to experience Swami's principle in days to come, with tears. Very soon Swami's principle will spread over the whole world. Until now Swami Himself has held it firmly in check, but once it bursts forth, the whole world will take shape as Prasanthi Nilayam. So, in the days ahead, recognise Swami's principle well and come forward to put Swami's ideals into practice. Such chances will not come to you again. You will not be able to stay so close to Swami from now on. Crores of people will come and throng here. Those days are coming soon, so from this day on, become worthy of Swami's compassion and Prema, and make your life fulfil its purpose in the right works of service.
People set about hurting a precious diamond in many ways. The more cuttings this precious diamond undergoes, the more its value grows. A beautiful creeper too must have many cuttings. The more these are made, the more splendidly the creeper grows. In the same way, those who cannot bear the Sai Organisations or the Sai principle put up obstacles in many ways and spread propaganda full of slander and reproach. But none of these can stand before the Sai principle. However much they mock and revile it, the Sai principle grows that many times over; it will never wane. All today's slanders will serve its fame and renown in the future. This is the work of the envious. Without such a spirit of envy, the spirit free of envy does not grow. So we must pay no heed to such things, and resolve firmly to fulfil our ideals and our duties. To achieve this, the members of the Sai Organisations must step forward.
Resolve and action must both happen at once
Since you have come here today and received this chance, treasure these things in your hearts and set about putting them into action very soon, with no delay in the programmes you are to carry out in the days ahead. Resolve and action must both happen at once. So, from today, draw up what you have to do as a master plan; this afternoon let some of you form a committee, and decide on a programme fit for it. You must develop this in every State as well. You must not think that Andhra alone is Sai's State. The world itself is Sai's home. All are Sai's own. All are one. We must make a fitting effort to show this principle to be true. This is the wish I hold today. I fulfil all your wishes. All of you, fulfil this one wish of Mine. I bring My talk to a close wishing and blessing that all of you may flourish with long life and health, with Ānanda, with Śānti, happiness and prosperity, and that, offering your strength of body, your strength of Manas and your spiritual strength in the service of the country, you may become those whose birth has fulfilled its purpose.
