In plain words
The valour of too much talking has grown great; the valour of deeds has dwindled to nothing and melted away; lives have grown heavy with show; today's student's life has come to this; today's places of learning have become like this.

Human life begins with sunrise and comes to an end with sleep after sunset. In nature, every human being's everyday life rests on this very revolving. Today man's everyday experience of life is one thing; man's true life is another. Everyday experience is one thing. True experience is another. Here is an example. The sun always rises in the east alone. It sets in the west alone. Taking these two as the basis, we have fixed north and south. When the sun appears above the horizon we think it is day, and when it goes down below the horizon we think it is night. By the sun's journey and by the sun's path, the whole land notes how near it is to the sun, and its temperatures go on changing. This is our everyday experience.
When we inquire into it from another angle, the earth is a globe. When it is a globe, there is no east and west, no north and south at all. For it there is no sunrise and no sunset. When we look at it from another angle, we can recognise this as the truth. When we sit in a cart or a train and travel, and the cart or the train moves, it is natural that we move too. When we sit on a bench and the bench moves, we move too. This is our everyday experience. But the earth turns round itself at a speed of a thousand miles an hour. Not only that: in the solar family this earth moves at a speed of sixty-six thousand miles an hour. Though the earth turns at such a speed, it appears to us to be still. This is the true experience. But do people follow this, as the true experience? No. We follow the everyday experience only.
