The two eyes join and see one object. So there is no use merely in having the moral path. Along with the moral, the spiritual too must be there. Now this mike is in very good condition. Merely being in this condition is of no use. Current must come into it. Otherwise there is no use. There is current, but the mike is not in condition. Then, even though I speak, you hear nothing. So this negative and that positive must both be in the right state. Moral value is the negative, spiritual value is the positive. Only when these two join does our life become full.
In this world they have set up so many MBAs. The meanings of these MBAs too are different from one another. For our syllabus, our values, our culture, MBA is what they call Master Business Administration. This is not the right name for it. In some places they have named it MMS. They called it Master Management Science. But all three should be nothing but MMM. Master Management of Man. That will be right. Only then, whatever business goes on in this world and whatever goods have to be produced, we will develop it sincerely, from the heart, with morality and integrity, and spread the fame of Bhārata through the world; hoping that these students will do fitting service to society, I bring My discourse to a close.
Now all the Management students too, whenever some doubt comes to them now and then, about the management of whichever country: there are so many countries in the world. Not one, not two: there are some thousands of countries. Counting small and big all together, there are 200 main countries among them. Whatever management of these countries it may be, ask Me, and I will keep telling you. If you meet Me at least once a week, on Sunday, and ask how these Human Values and this ethos that come up in this management stand, I will hand it to you nicely and easily, like a banana peeled and handed over, and take your problems away. You may think: how does Swami know these management matters? Or, "His is only the spiritual, surely." Not one thing only: awareness is SAI. That which knows everything is itself Divinity; that alone is why so many lakhs of people, of so many countries, come here.
