In plain words

she sang softly, and looked towards Kṛṣṇa! He was smiling a soft smile.

How it charms Kṛṣṇa

‘You ask me to open the door that will never be shut! What is this?’ she asked.

The love that fills and shines in You and in me: when one is awake, there is no call! When the whole universe is the temple of the Lord of life, which is its street door, I wonder?...........

Then Kṛṣṇa said:

Plucking the strings of the vīṇā, setting firm the strings of prāṇa, as tears of Ānanda make the offering of the self, behold Kailāsa, O Rādhā! That itself is the street door!

Plucking the strings of the vīṇā: that is the merudaṇḍa, the spine. There are 33 beads in this spine. Within them is the suṣumnā nāḍī. That suṣumnā nāḍī climbs straight to the head, right up to the sahasrāra. Plucking these strings of the vīṇā, setting firm the strings of prāṇa........ Setting the five prāṇas, prāṇa, apāna, vyāna, udāna and samāna, firm and steady, tears of Ānanda....... Not the water of the rivers Gaṅgā, Yamunā, Godāvarī and Kāverī. The water of tears of Ānanda. Without Ahaṅkāra, from the forehead down to the feet, with all eight limbs, we must fall full length like a stick. If we make the offering of the self to the Lord of life, that itself is Kailāsa, that itself is the street door!

The unseen excellence

Whatever work we do, we must fix the mind on it. We must not lose heart, thinking, ‘It's hard!’ How many hardships do people not go through for degrees of two or three letters? There is time to scrub and scrub a buffalo and wash it, but no time to perform abhiṣeka for the śālagrāma!
