These moderns, who condemn so much the striking of a bird with a stone, drop one bomb on the innocent and kill lakhs and crores of people. This has become a fashion. They thought those people were mere rustics. Not even a thousandth part of the broad-mindedness those people had is in the moderns of today. Is it rustic to throw some stone and strike one bird, or is it rustic to drop one bomb and kill all the innocent? This is demonic. And that has become the fashion today. In the same way, to earn lakhs upon lakhs in business by cheating, by doing injustice, by doing wrong, by entering into misconduct: this they call a Knack. This is the fashion today. All these people are becoming leaders today. Look: Tatas, Birlas, Kirlaskars, all of them have become like leaders. But these leaders are not real leaders. As I said, they are people who have come up through injustice, wrongdoing, misconduct and Asatya. If you want to be Real leaders, you must understand well the seven in this manager. If you understand the inner meaning of these seven letters, you are a Real Leader. These are not leaders; they are pleaders. Opportunists. They keep arguing according to the occasion. Our students must become good leaders. They must experience it themselves, practise it themselves, inquire into it themselves, share it among themselves, and bring about the progress of the whole world. Our students pass and apply here, there and everywhere. However many they apply to, there is no reply at all. Apply, apply. Our students must enter with the aim that the country must prosper and trade must grow. Above all, what we must keep as our aim is nature of nation. We must develop the nature that belongs to our country. Only then will the country progress in the right way. We must not take up imitation or competition with other countries. Today our traders are all imitation and competition. This is never good. In imitation, the value of the material falls. That is, its quality. We must not follow these two. Foreigners all bring in many schemes and stratagems to make money.
There are these big, big cars. In a single hour so many thousands are turned out. When production is done and you want a car, they put a limit on it. They say this car has a life of only 2 years. This is a selfish trick. Because, if their cars are to sell again, they will have cut it down to only 2 years for all of them and put in all the material accordingly. By the time two years are up, that car becomes old.
