In plain words
For the fruit on the tree to reach the stomach, which limb's work was the chief one? The work every limb did was chief work. If the limbs had not cooperated with one another, this fruit would never have gone in at all. So see how much cooperation there is between one limb and another inside our body. But now we are doing an operation on that sacred cooperation. We are cutting it apart. Through this unity we can gain any amount of fruit. So because these limbs together gave the fruit to the stomach, how great is the stomach's trust! Since all these had given it the fruit, it wanted to give its juice to all the limbs, and with that broad feeling it has been giving this juice to all the limbs. Yadbhāvaṃ tadbhavati. When our feeling is good and broad, our result too will be broad. In this way, by holding together with one another, we can achieve any amount of result.
In our Bhārata the population has now reached about 83 crores. If we look at the population of Japan, it is only 13 crores. If we look at the country, taking 20 miles of our Bhārata, Japan has 1 mile. Look at the population: very small. Look at the country: very small. Our population is large. The country is large. But the unity there is in Japan is not there in Bhārata. The reason is that here we enter the field of business. In those days the government worked in harmony, hand in hand. Even now the Japanese government trusts them completely. These business people too trust the government well. In our Bhārata neither of these is there. The government does not trust those who do business. Those who do business do not trust the government. It is because this trust is broken that business goes on with great difficulty. So each must have trust in the other. Only then will this business grow well. We must develop more trust. One thing more. We must look at the difference between our Bhārata and Japan in business. In Bhārata, when any business is running at a loss and the loss has gone right through, they close it down here. The government pays no attention to its affairs. If a company makes a large profit, they fall upon it. These people. How much did it make? How much income tax: they squeeze him then to the last drop. The government does not encourage those who make a large profit. It does not enquire why these companies made a loss; these companies that made a loss, it takes over and develops. If it found out the reasons for it, gave some help and handed it back to him, he could make it grow to any extent.
