In plain words
all such aṃśas keep coming. They come and keep giving teachings to the world. What is foremost in man is purity of heart. If you want purity of heart, you must do service to society. Along with service to society, you must contemplate God. You must not think that God is far away. If you think He is far away, far away He stays. If you think, 'He is near me,' near He stays. Far and near are only your feeling; God always stays in the one place. What is God like? He is the one who never changes. There is a rope there. In the slight darkness you think it is a snake. It is not a snake; it is a rope. When you think it is a snake, it is a rope. When you switch on the light and look, and think it is a rope, it is a rope. The rope has not changed at all. In the same way, though you think God is the world, He is God. Though you think He is God, He is God. God is always in the very form of the world. In the same way, though you think God is the world, He is God. Though you think He is God, He is God. God is always in the form of the world. The change in this is a change in your sight. To think it a rope is a fault of your sight. To think it a snake is a fault of your sight. The rope always remains a rope. God remains God. You must make your own feeling pure.
Students! According to your age, your feelings go off in many ways. These are just the effect of the glasses you have put on. Whatever colour you wear, in that very colour the world appears. If you put on the colour of Prema, the whole world is full of Prema. If you put on the colour of hatred, it appears as nothing but hatred. When you eat a laḍḍu, it is sweet. But when you have malaria fever, the laḍḍu tastes bitter. So it is not the laḍḍu's fault, it is not your tongue's fault. The fault is only in your feelings; in God there is no fault whatever. He is nirguṇa, nirañjana, sanātana, nikētana, the embodiment of the eternally pure, awakened, free and spotless. All the … feelings come only in keeping with your prārabdha karma. You must make the fitting effort to … them pure.
Students! From ancient times such great souls have arisen in Bhārata, shown many kinds of ideal, lived them and handed them on to others. God acts by what He has said. But you may think, 'Why did He not act by it?' That is your mistake. See: though all those in … family line forgot, though they knew that she had conceived and that the hundred sacrifices had been completed, they threw that foetus away and came away. But His word is His word. Though they threw the foetus away, there it took shape gloriously. That itself became the body. By the time the hundred sacrifices were done, He came. The Vaiṣṇavas believe that Vallabhācārya is Kṛṣṇa's svarūpa. Kṛṣṇa is in all
