In plain words
They must prove to be truthful words. The actions we do must be done as right actions that help others.
Contemplate God; feel that you yourself are God
What are the ornaments? ‘Satyaṃ kaṇṭhasya bhūṣaṇaṃ, hastaṃ dānaṃ ca bhūṣaṇaṃ, śrotraṃ ca bhūṣaṇaṃ śāstraṃ’, it is said. To speak truthful words is the ornament of the throat; to give in charity is the ornament of the hand; to hear good things is the ornament of the ears. Only when we make these three fruitful are we human. Unable to understand such humanness, man wastes his life through narrow feelings. So narrow feelings must not arise in us. Broad feelings must come. We must develop the principle of pure Prema. There is nothing greater than this Prema. That is why Love is GOD. Live in LOVE. There is no other God greater than this Prema. But we are wasting that principle of Prema in various forms, in various ways. This body is a clay pot. The clay pot has been filled with nectar. But the golden vessel called Prakṛti is full of nothing but poison. Will you look at the gold, or at the poison? Taking it for gold, you are drinking poison. Though the body is a clay pot, there is nectar in it; so they said, ‘What is made of clay is itself made of consciousness’. It is not merely a clay pot. Through these delusions we believe truth to be untruth and untruth to be truth.
God is not in some separate land; God is in one's own body. Sin is not in some separate foreign land; it clings to the deeds one does.
Sin and merit lie in the very deeds we do. God and the devil both dwell in our own body.
