In plain words
The many śāstras, the Vedas and the Vedāṅgas cannot tear the curtain of the jīva's mind; the jīva stays on this side, God on that side: the effect on this side, the cause on that.
Embodiments of Prema!
God created mountains, forests, rivers, hills and mounds: all of them. He created living beings of many kinds, from ants up to elephants. Whatever the world needed, all those things He created. But God felt no satisfaction. He had created all these; well and good! Who is to enjoy this, making the inquiry into what is eternal and what is passing, through the Jñāna of discernment, through the Jñāna of Viveka? Who is here to delight at the sight of the mountains, to rejoice at the sight of the streams, to be gladdened at the sight of the forests? If there were no one to enjoy it and delight in it, the whole of creation would be in vain! So He resolved, ‘From now on I must create the form of a being who will enjoy these, delight in them and share them with everyone.’
Without Humanness, All Creation Is Empty
Without humanness, this whole creation is empty. So, with the thought, ‘I must create one being who has the Jñāna of discernment and who will enjoy this through conduct with Viveka, through discernment, through Vijñāna, through Prajñāna, through true Jñāna’, He, ‘Ekohaṃ bahusyāṃ’, brought everything forth out of Himself alone. Then that man uttered, ‘Vedāhametaṃ puruṣaṃ mahāntaṃ ādityavarṇaṃ tamasaḥ parastāt’: ‘I have found out everything, Lord!’
