In plain words
From the moment he came here he left the burden on Swami, sure that Swami Himself would look after everything, and was free of care. He firmly believed, ‘Swamy is with me always’. He said that even this heart disease came about only for his own good, and that because of it he was able to come into Swami's presence. Not only that. He said this hospital is not an ordinary hospital; it is a temple of health. Otherwise how could he come here within two days of so big an operation? “The operation was the day before yesterday, yesterday he ate idlis. Today he has come here. Is this possible?” Ask any doctor this. They will tell you it is impossible. Because that is the nature of the body. But if you believe firmly in God you can change anything; if need be, you can turn the earth into the sky and the sky into the earth.
But above all there must be faith. But today “People on earth have become blind, without the two eyes of faith”: man today does not trust even himself. Then how can he trust God? How can one who cannot know himself know God? First of all one must know oneself. Only then is Divinity easily understood. Believe firmly in God. There is nothing in this world that God cannot do. Atheists, having no experience, argue that there is no God. To one who has eyes, even a tiny firefly is visible. To one who has no eyes, even sunrise is darkness. In the same way, to one who has no spiritual eye, all of life is darkness.
As Prema grows, so grows happiness
They called this the Kali Age. But this is not the Kali Age; it is the age of quarrels! Quarrels at home, quarrels in the bazaar, quarrels wherever you look! A quarrel over every single thing! Students must take a vow to drive away this unrest. You must kill anger and envy. You must bury hatred. You must bring everyone together through the principle of Prema. Love everyone. Then you will have no enemies at all. I love everyone. So I have no enemies at all; I am an enemy to no one.
