In plain words

God's power is the support

In our body the heart is very important. Should the heart go on strike, the body becomes lifeless. And what is the work the heart does? It pumps the blood to the lungs, purifies it there, and supplies it to every limb of the body. Not only that: when the heart pumps once, that blood travels a distance of twelve thousand miles in the body. Who granted the heart so great a power? Scientists? Engineers? No mere human being. No machine and no device can do this work. God's power alone is its support.

Without God's will, man cannot do even the smallest task. But man today has no faith in God's power. He is losing his self-confidence. That is why, however many kinds of allopathic medicine have been developed, diseases too keep growing along with them. Above all, man must develop his self-confidence. Without self-confidence, being human is itself in vain.

Along with medicine there must be God's grace too

You think that diseases can be cured by medicines alone. If that were so, how many kings and rich men have died! Were any medicines able to save them? So diseases are not cured by medicines alone; God's grace too is essential. Medicine is negative, God's grace positive. Only when the two come together can a disease be cured. So, along with using medicine, you must pray for God's grace. Without God's grace the body cannot last even a moment. Who makes the pulse beat? Who keeps the heart working without rest? Who makes the blood flow in the body? All of it is the play of God. It is by God's power alone that the body grows. So the body must be put to work in service. Above all, serving the poor is very necessary. You eat your fill of food. But what becomes of the rest? Keeping that too in view, you must take up work that helps others.
