Embodiments of Prema! In this world, however great people may be, all of them are born from a mother's womb. The mother's womb is like Mother Earth. Whatever seeds we sow, Mother Earth gives back fruit of that very kind. Resolves are just like seeds. Only when the mother's heart is pure, filled with good resolves, does Nature give the world good children. If today pure people, people given to sacrifice, are not being born in the world, what is the cause? The mother's heart is not pure. When the mother's heart is at peace, the whole world is at peace as well. When the mother's heart is full of nectar, the whole world is full of nectar as well. So pure mothers are what the world needs most urgently today.
Only through mothers of good character did Bhārata become renowned as the land of sacrifice, the land of yoga and the land of karma. No feeling surpasses a mother's feeling. Children today do not give their parents the satisfaction due to them. Precisely this is the great fault in them. Only when you satisfy your parents is the whole world satisfied. Mother and father are forms of God. So first of all you must make them happy. Only then will the world abound in peace and security. To neglect your parents and worship God is a meaningless act.
Embodiments of Prema! You were born from society itself, you are growing up in society, and from society itself you receive all your wealth and riches. But you do not honour society as you should. Precisely this is the great fault in you. You must show society the gratitude it is due. You must hold that the welfare of society is itself your welfare. You must push self-interest aside and take up the good of others. You must cultivate Bhakti for God. Only then will the world abound in peace and security. If the world is to be filled with Śānti, first of all you must fill yourselves with Śānti.
