In plain words

“Dharmārthakāmamokṣāṇāṃ ārogyaṃ mūlam uttamam”: to attain the four aims of human life, health is essential. If health itself is lacking, a man cannot take part in any task, however small. There is no fortune greater than health. Health itself is the great fortune.

God knows all, is full of all power, and pervades all. “Mamaivāṃśo jīvaloke jīvabhūtaḥ sanātanaḥ”: what is in everyone is nothing but a part of God. God has granted every living being some measure of power, more or less. But to man He has granted power without measure. Man's strength of body is slight, but his power of mind is without measure. If man resolves on something in his mind, he can achieve anything. There is no task in this world that man cannot achieve with the power of the mind. Using all his powers, he travels hundreds of thousands of miles into space. But is he travelling even half an inch into the depths of his own heart? No. The power of the mind is the very power that can carry one into the depths of the heart. You must use this power in the right way. Unable to recognise that such power is in him, man falls prey to many sufferings. To see your own face, you need a mirror, don't you? In the same way, only through the mirror of divinity can man understand his own power in full. If you put a small piece of wood into the fire, that piece of wood too turns into fire. If you put a small drop of water on the palm of your hand, it evaporates in a minute; but put the same drop into the ocean and it takes on the form of the ocean. In the same way, when you go near to God, when you form a close bond of kinship with God, you too are transformed into embodiments of God. With this very thing in view, Vedānta said, “The knower of Brahman becomes Brahman itself.” Whatever kind of people you form ties with, that is the kind of person you become.
