In plain words
But it is not enough for you merely to live lovingly within one family. You must become a member of the family of the universe.
Whomever you see, you must greet with namaskāra. All the things seen in this world are themselves forms of God! You regard all these things you see as objects. Recognise that all these are forms of God. In this world we find not a single thing without divinity. But we go mad, searching: ‘Where is God, where?’ Wherever you look, what appears is God alone! Regarding all as the form of God is greatness. All things that are seen are forms of God. We must regard all beings and all objects as forms of God. We must forget the form of the object and keep the form of the power in our heart. Nothing we experience is other than God. For instance, we drank water. What came of drinking the water? The thirst was quenched. So water, too, is God itself! The five elements, the five senses, the five kośas, the five prāṇas: all are forms of God! Man today is misusing his senses. This, precisely, is the sin man is committing. What do you take human values to be? Human values are themselves the qualities of God. God has no other qualities. The word God itself is a great quality. Looking upon God, who is beyond all qualities, through qualities, we fall into delusion.
Prema itself is the form of God
Embodiments of Prema! Whatever I utter with My mouth, it is Prema alone, Prema alone! I know no other word. We find nothing anywhere that surpasses Prema. We must keep on loving such Prema. There is no other God beyond such Prema. “Nirguṇaṃ nirañjanaṃ sanātanaṃ niketanaṃ nitya śuddha buddha mukta nirmala svarūpiṇaṃ...”: beyond all attributes, stainless, eternal, the abode, whose form is ever pure, awake, free and spotless. All these words we speak for our own satisfaction, but they are not descriptions of God. For God there is just one great description... It is Prema. Prema has no description at all. In anger, in anguish, in hardship, in sorrow, in any condition whatever, Prema remains Prema! All of you are nothing but embodiments of Prema! This Prema itself is the shape of God. Keeping such Prema close beside us, we fret over worldly things.
