In plain words

So who could say they had copied? But the teacher, Mahbub Khan, knew that it was this Raju who was helping the two of them. As we came out, they caught hold of all three of us. When the results came, everyone was all astonishment and joy! In this way, giving joy to everyone there, I came back to Puttaparthi.

My ‘property’ is My children

Before I came to Puttaparthi, both My friends followed Me: ‘What will we do at home, Raju? We will come with you too,’ they pleaded. I would not agree at all. ‘If you like, come and see Me off,’ I said. In this way, through My student days, I went on spending all My time in a sacred way. Even My words I spoke softly. I spoke so softly that no one could hear what I was saying. Well, I reached Puttaparthi. By the time I came to Puttaparthi, some strange illness had come upon Me. What was it? Everyone thought I had lost My mind. ‘Raju has gone mad,’ they began to think. There was a reason for this. Without telling anyone, I used to talk within Myself, to Myself. When it came to this, the whole family got together and decided to take Me to a good doctor. They took Me here, there and everywhere. At last they took Me to an exorcist. He shaved My whole head. On it he made cuts with a knife, like an ‘into’ sign. He pulled the skin on all four sides. Blood was flowing. On that wound he put lime juice. An unbearable burning. But I did not suffer from it in the least. I just kept smiling. ‘What! Even when I torture him this much, this boy keeps on smiling!’ he thought, and to torture Me more he smeared kalikam on My eyes. How many more tortures he put Me through! At that time Venkamma had come with Me, you see! However much Gṛham Abbāyi tried to stop her, she: ‘I will not listen. I am coming with Raju too,’ she insisted, and came. She used to cook rice and serve Me. She came to Gṛham Abbāyi: ‘Father! Do not have all this done to Raju.
