We are giving water to all three districts: East Godavari, West Godavari and Krishna. The people of those three districts are very happy. I have no need of your pūjās and rituals. Water is most important to human life. It is equal to life itself. What greater help can there be than providing water, the very support of life! All the work I do is just that! You need not ask. Before you ask, I Myself give you everything. Until now no government has given water to some areas of Krishna district. Though no government gave it, Sai alone is giving water to all. I always take part in matters of helping others, but in other matters I take no part. Above all, water is essential to man. So I am ready to bring water to anyone. All devotees must ask for that very thing. They must pray that all may be well and that welfare may come to all. That is just what is needed today. “Swami's leg is not right! What can be done?” you fret. But between Me and this body there is no bond. I am always healthy and full of Ānanda. Do not pray for the sake of your desires. Ask that good be done to all. When I fell, many devotees from the East and West Godavari districts came and said, “If only Swami gets well, that is enough; we do not want water.” “If you are well, that alone is enough for Me,” I said. Begging Me to come to the East Godavari and West Godavari districts, they are bringing a helicopter for Me. Very soon I shall go there and come back. Keep these joyful experiences always in your mind. Remember the Name.
