In plain words
You should not think, ‘How nice it would be if these examinations came two months later!’ It is good that examinations come! You should rejoice that the sooner the examinations come, the sooner you can pass and go up to the higher classes. You should be in a hurry to go on to the higher classes. With hurry of this kind, we will have no worry.
The most wonderful sweet, made by the maharṣis: Rāma's name
Here is the sweet called Rāma's name! Come, devotees! Buying and eating the sweets found on earth, do not turn ignorant folk and be ruined. (Rāma) Into the wheat flour that is the essence of the Vedas pouring the milk that is the word of the Vedas, taking a great vessel to hold it, the first sages cooked it to the proper syrup. (Rāma) Bringing the candy sugar of good understanding, adding the cow's ghee of steadfastness, skimming off the dross called falsehood, the first sages cooked it to the proper syrup. (Rāma)
(After singing this kīrtana, Bhagavān continued His divine discourse and said:)
If you go out and buy all sorts of silly sweets and eat them, your stomach will be upset. Those sweets may seem very tasty to eat, but they are as good as poison. Rāma's name is the most wonderful sweet that the maharṣis made. It is not a thing that spoils in the least. The more you eat of this sweet, the greater the Ānanda you gain.
