In plain words
By karma a creature is born, by karma alone it grows, and by karma it passes away; karma itself is God to man; karma itself is the cause of joy and sorrow on this earth!
There is no need to go searching for God somewhere else. In the Bhagavad Gītā Kṛṣṇa Paramātma declared, “Mamaivāṃśo jīvaloke jīvabhūtas sanātanaḥ”: “All are parts of Me.” God Himself is present in each and every one of you. Where would you search for a God who is right with you, right at your side! Whatever work you do, it is God's own work! God has fashioned four aspects in man: the body, Manas, Buddhi and citta. In the young, at this age, the body is very robust; Manas is very powerful. The Buddhi's power of inquiry is endowed with great strength. But they misuse them. Instead of thinking of God in their minds and putting every limb to good use, they lead their senses astray. This is a grave mistake. At this age we must put the strength of the body, of Manas and of the Buddhi to good use; that is, we must set them on the sacred path. Just because we have eyes, we must not look at everything. We must try to look only at what is good. We must not look with evil eyes and so take evil into ourselves. Sūradās had no eyes. But ceaselessly, ‘Kṛṣṇa! Kṛṣṇa! Kṛṣṇa!’: so he went on holding the name of Kṛṣṇa alone in his mind. For that very reason Kṛṣṇa Paramātma showed Himself to Sūradās and fulfilled his longing.
