In plain words
If you look to Me, I will look to you.
Through karma a creature is born; through karma alone it grows, and through karma it departs; karma itself is God to man; karma itself is the cause of joy and sorrow on this earth.
Embodiments of Prema! Every human being regards himself as healthy and tries to spend his life happily. But because he does not keep the wind, bile, phlegm and the rest within him in their proper state, diseases of many kinds pursue man. Only when he keeps wind, bile and phlegm in their proper state and nourishes his attachment to the Ātma can man grow into a healthy person. But man forgets the principle of the Ātma and increases his attachment to the body. He thinks of nothing but the body all the time. That is the very reason he falls into ill health. It is vital that he recognise, and act on, the truth that diseases arise in him in order to drive away his attachment to the body.
