As long as Madras stands, this water will be supplied permanently. Work that no one can do, Sai can do. On that remaining canal too I will have a cement lining laid, neat and sound. You have seen how much water is going to waste now! Water is no one person's property. It is God's property. All these people are fighting over God's property. No one has the right to fight in this way. Everyone has a right to the prasādam God has given.
This year is the year named Sarvajit. What does ‘Sarvajit’ mean? The one that conquers everything. In every field, farming, trade, education and the rest, it brings victory. So our task too will succeed. I can do it without any of you suffering any kind of trouble. Let it cost however many crores. The one who gave the five elements is the Paramātma. Water is one of the five elements. That too rests in God's hand alone. So you need not go to anyone. I can surely do this work. Tell Karunanidhi this. Give this good news to your people of Madras too. All the little children have been drinking that foul water and ruining their health. From now on, take this sweet water in comfort and joy, and look after your health. All of you who have come here today, go back full of joy. You will have no wants of any kind in life. All of you, live joyfully with smiling faces. Think of God constantly. That itself is protection for you in every way. Why should people who have gained such sacred protection suffer!
