Passage 7

Tap any word for its meaning.

In plain words

(After Bhagavān sang the song ‘Hari bhajana binā sukha śānti nahīṃ …’ and had the devotees sing it, continuing His divine discourse …)

Bhajan itself is our food. Without it, we feel ‘hunger’. So, if our spiritual hunger is to be satisfied, we must do bhajan every day, every moment. From the time we rise at dawn till we lie down at night, as long as we have awareness, we must keep doing bhajan. This alone is the message I give you today. Whatever work you do, keep up the remembrance of God's Name in the mind. God is within you, without you, beyond you, below you and behind you.
