In plain words
Śākta worship: 'Sarvadevamayī devī' [the Goddess made of all the gods] — the primordial supreme power is made of all the gods. That very Prakṛti, which is the cause of these various, wondrous forms and names, is itself the power of Māyā, and he who possesses this power alone is Maheśvara. With this pair of aspects, this sky and this earth are filled. That very principle of the Supreme Lord, which exists unmanifestly in the form of Puruṣa, is, in manifest form, as woman, the very supreme power that exists as Māyā. She alone is the Mother of the universe — the Mother who bore all mothers. That supreme power, though it reveals itself naturally in us, is experienced as strength and as action.
