In plain words
For a truly educated man selfishness must not come even into his thoughts; it must not come at any time. But unhappily, today it is the educated in whom excessive selfishness has entered, and they are leading their own ways and their own minds astray. They use the worth of their education narrowly, for themselves and their own people alone. That is why they cannot win a place among the good. They must give the wealth of learning they have gained generously to others. Otherwise the very survival of mankind is in danger. For the uplift of mankind, one must cultivate the holy feeling and the holy will to help others.
