We must keep speech under control. When we set words to useful work and on a pure path, we can gain mighty strength. The ancients went on subduing the flow of words through silence. When we can gain an inner vision of God in the Manas and an outer vision of Him through words, we become people who have nourished our intelligence and our one-pointedness. So man must strive to purify the Manas and speech.
