In plain words

19. Jñāna is attained only when one teaches with purity of citta

All actions must be done with the threefold purity

The third of the three instruments is the body... the hands. The cause of all the sorrows and calamities man suffers in the world is the deeds he himself does. Man thinks that he is happy, that he is sad, that he is suffering. He believes that someone else is the cause of all this. This is a great mistake. Our own actions are the doer of it. Whether we believe it or not, we cannot escape experiencing the fruit of our actions. This is the law of Prakṛti. Whether we believe in heat, cold, fire and rain or not, their effect falls on us. In the same way, the fruit of the actions we have done cannot fail to fall on us. So we must set our actions on the proper path. For actions not only the hands but the whole body is the chief thing.
