In plain words
Teachers must come down to the level of the students to teach
Students study only for some short time. If teachers are to be fit to teach, they must go on studying without a break, always. So who are the true students? The teachers! Only when he teaches at the level of “I am an ideal student” has he recognised his own duty well. “At what level am I? At what level is the student?” Recognising this, the teacher must come down to the student's level; if he teaches without coming down, there is no need to think further about the state of the students.
