The teachers are the root cause of all the behaviour and all the qualities of the students. So teachers must push aside selfishness and politics and believe that the good of others is the fulfilment of their lives. They must mix with one another and grow the feeling of brothers and sisters. When differences of opinion arise among the teachers, the students notice it well. There may be personal differences of opinion, but in the matter of the institution and of teaching they must work together in harmony. They must show the students an ideal life.
