In plain words

Once one has taken birth, one must take care: to fall in with the wicked brings harm; the whole life is spoiled; good sense is spoiled; Bhakti is spoiled; one becomes wicked oneself and is ruined in the end. Before ruin comes, make good friendships and leave all crooked ways behind, and long life and health, every kind of wealth and a spiritual mind will be yours, friend; not only that: Mokṣa will stand close by. What else beyond this can I make known? O members of this gathering, esteemed for your gentle and good qualities!
