Verse 15

¹⁵The brahmanas, well pleased, said to the king who stood before them respectfully: bull of the Pauravas, this child, in the line of the Purus, ¹⁶when by fate, which is not to be turned aside, the pure line had come to its end, was given back to you by Visnu the mighty, for the sake of his favour to you. ¹⁷Therefore he will be famed in the world under the name Visnurata, of great renown; there is no doubt of it: a great one, and great among the Lord's own. ¹⁸Will he then follow after the royal sages of his line, the great-souled, whose verses are holy, best of the good, in his fame and in the praise of good men?
