37Having so instructed the highest of those who are born, the unborn Hari closed off that form of his while Brahma was still looking at it. 38With his palms joined to Hari, who had put himself out of the reach of the senses, he who is made of all beings sent this world forth as it had been before. 39Once the lord of creatures, who is also lord of dharma, wanting the good of his creatures and his own end as well, took up the observances and the restraints. 40Narada, dearest of those who would take his inheritance, was faithful to him and waited on him, with good character, with modesty, and with a hold upon himself; 41and that great sage, wanting to know the maya of Visnu the lord of maya, great among the Lord's own, king, gave his father full satisfaction.
