Today, after so long a while, you are known to me. That those who wear bodies do not know the way the Bhagavan goes is a fault in them. There is nothing other than you, Bhagavan, and even that other is not pure, since it is by the stirring together of the strands of maya that you shine out so wide. This form of yours, taken at the beginning for the kindness of the good — yours, whose darkness has ceased forever by the rising taste of awakening — is the one seed of a hundred descents, and out of its navel-lotus for a house I came to be. Highest one, I see nothing beyond this: your own form, sheer joy, undivided, its splendour unpierced. I see you the maker of the world, one, not the world, Self; and it is that of yours which stands as elements and senses that I have taken shelter in.

Auspiciousness of the worlds, this form of yours was shown in meditation to us who worship you, and shown for our good. Salutation to that Bhagavan; we offer it to you again and again, whom those who keep bad company disregard, and so come in for hell.
